| The Niagara Region
Come with us and experience the majestic views of the Niagara Falls, a sight that attracts visitors from around the world. Formed over 10,000 years ago, these falls, over 2/3 of a mile wide, spill 40 million gallons of water per minute over a 180-foot drop. After taking in the view from above, you might get into your waterproof gear and explore the spectacular Cave of the Winds or take a cruise by the cascade in the 150-year-old Maid of the Mist. Theres more to explore in our region. Tour historic Old Fort Niagara, raft the 17-mile gorge at Letchworth State Park, see beautiful Thirty Mile Point Lighthouse or catch a show in downtown Buffalo. Youll always remember a trip to Greater Niagara. And don't forget your camera!
"This is some of the most breathtaking scenery in the country. And the Falls...well you've got to see 'em to believe it. Wow."
