Summer is quickly coming to an end which means if you haven’t had a chance to get your New York state camping trip in yet, now is the time to do so. And there’s no better place to end your summer festivities than by camping in WNY.

Experience some of WNY’s most majestic, scenic views by camping in Niagara Falls, a sight that attracts visitors from all around the world. Get a real taste of the falls by experiencing the Maid of the Mist, a thirty-minute boat ride where visitors are able to experience the falls up close.

But there’s so much more to do and see in the Greater Niagara region. Destinations like Buffalo, Lockport, Batavia, Medina, Letchworth (the Grand Canyon of the East), Grand Island, Oak Orchard River, Darien Lake and the Genesee River also attract visitors from all corners of New York state to experience some of WNY’s greatest attractions.

The 32nd Annual WNY Antique Truck, Farm & Construction Show is a two-day event that specializes in antique vehicles and farm equipment. There will be tractor pulls, a race, flea market and more so the whole family can enjoy.

Experience the GlassBarge Tour Across NYS this summer in commemoration of the 150th anniversary of the Brooklyn Flint Glass Company, now popularly-known as Corning Inc. The tour emphasizes the continued role of New York State’s famous waterways and how they’ve shaped the state’s industry, culture and community as a whole.

Cheers to the end of another great summer by visiting the Niagara Wine Trail. Just a short drive away from any Niagara campground, visitors can enjoy charming towns, restaurants, historical sites, farm markets, antique shops, and of course, the wine.
